Upcoming Project Awareness Events

 

PUBLIC EVENT

The 2026 Annual Meeting at the Palace Station Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas will bring together transportation leaders, public agencies, academic partners, and industry professionals for two days of networking, keynote speakers, and technical presentations focused on the future of transportation and infrastructure in Nevada. Brightline West will participate in the conference as a presenter, highlighting the project’s progress and its role in advancing high-speed rail and regional connectivity in the Southwest.

PRIVATE EVENT

Leaders from the City of Hesperia will visit Brightline West headquarters for a project update and discussion on the latest developments surrounding the high-speed rail project. The meeting will provide an opportunity to strengthen regional coordination, discuss project progress, and highlight the economic and transportation benefits Brightline West will bring to Southern California and Nevada.

PRIVATE EVENT

Officials from the City of Rancho Cucamonga will visit Brightline West headquarters for a project update and coordination meeting focused on the advancement of the high-speed rail project. Discussions will center on station development, regional connectivity, construction progress, and the long-term economic and transportation benefits the project will bring to the Inland Empire and Southern Nevada.

PRIVATE EVENT

The Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance will host meetings at Brightline West headquarters, where attendees will also receive a project update on the high-speed rail system connecting Las Vegas and Southern California. The discussions will focus on regional economic development, transportation connectivity, workforce opportunities, and the broader economic impact Brightline West is expected to bring to Southern Nevada.

Brightline West will participate in the Western Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (WASHTO) Annual Conference in Las Vegas from July 19–22, bringing together transportation leaders from across the western United States. The conference includes representatives from state Departments of Transportation, the Federal Highway Administration, private industry, academia, and partner organizations, providing an opportunity to share project updates, strengthen regional coordination, and engage with key stakeholders on transportation infrastructure and mobility solutions.
