DesertXpress Enterprises, LLC, also known as “Brightline West,” announced today that it has entered into a transaction support agreement that is expected to culminate in a private exchange by holders of a significant majority of the $2.5 billion of Series 2025A Bonds issued by California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank and the Director of the State of Nevada Department of Business and Industry.
