In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, FRA executed a Programmatic Agreement on August 15, 2023.  As part of the resolution of adverse effects, this website will provide the public with the opportunity to provide comments on the resolution of adverse effects.  Documentation associated with the resolution of adverse effects, subject to confidentiality provisions, will be posted to this website.  Contact information for the public to provide comments is as follows:
